Who We Are

In a world that rarely pauses, Sanawell offers a refuge—a space where you can slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Through sound, somatics, and stillness, we help individuals and organizations recalibrate the nervous system, release tension, and build resilience.

We understand how chronic stress and unresolved trauma quietly shape our lives—impacting health, focus, and emotional well-being. When the nervous system is stuck in survival mode, it becomes harder to think clearly, create, or feel truly present in our own bodies. We don’t just need a break—we need a reset.

Our work creates spaciousness, inviting clarity, creativity, and alignment into both personal and professional life. In corporate spaces, this looks like greater focus, emotional intelligence, and collaborative synergy. For individuals, it’s a pathway back to ease, self-trust, and emotional renewal. Whether in the boardroom or at home, rest isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity for thriving…

Our Mission

To nurture spaces where individuals and organizations can release stress, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance—fostering resilience, embodied presence, and a deep connection to their innate wisdom.

The Science Behind the Practice

The Power of Sound Frequency & Vibration

Everything in nature vibrates at a frequency, including the human body. Sound healing works by introducing precise vibrations that shift the brain and nervous system, helping us regulate stress and restore cognitive clarity.

Studies show that specific frequencies help transition the brain from high-stress beta waves to relaxed alpha and theta states, supporting deep rest, focus, and emotional balance.

Additionally, low-frequency sound waves stimulate the vagus nerve, the body’s primary stress modulator. This activation has been shown to:
- Lower cortisol (reducing chronic stress and emotional exhaustion)
- Improve heart rate variability (HRV) (a key marker of resilience and recovery)
- Enhance cognitive flexibility (leading to better emotional regulation and adaptability)

By working with sound, we create the conditions for a calmer nervous system, a clearer mind, and a deeper sense of ease.

Radical Rest: Why Deep Rest Is Non-Negotiable

The Journey to SĀNAWELL

Hi, sweet soul—I’m Sadé, the founder of Sanawell.

For nearly a decade, I helped people travel the world. Now, I help them travel within.

I spent years in the high-stress world of aviation, always on, always moving, always adapting. Like so many, I believed pushing through was the only way forward. I didn’t realize that the chronic stress I carried wasn’t just exhaustion—it was taking a toll on my health, my clarity, and my ability to feel at home in myself. I see this everywhere now—in overworked professionals, caregivers who never pause, and high achievers who don’t realize their drive is fueled by dysregulation.

Our culture teaches us to push past exhaustion, to ignore the signs, to keep going at any cost. But the cost is real. Chronic stress doesn’t just affect how we feel—it impacts how we think, how we connect, and how our bodies function over time.

But you don’t have to be burned out to benefit from this work. Just as we care for our physical health before illness arises, we can also care for our nervous system before stress takes hold. Sound healing, somatic practices, and radical rest aren’t just remedies for depletion—they are pathways to clarity, creativity, and deep self-connection. Whether you’re seeking relief or simply looking to feel more aligned in your daily life, this work meets you exactly where you are.
